SOOJI SUPER FINE 500g is also known as semolina. Suji is coarse middling made from durum wheat. The scientific name of durum wheat is Triticum. Suji is an ingredient that can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks.  Suji can be a time saver on busy days since it can be cooked into numerous dishes in very little time. It is extensively used to prepare a variety. 

Sooji is the word used for semolina in North India and Pakistan. Rawa is the name for semolina in South India. The ingredient is not only used as a batter ingredient in many Indian dishes, but it is also used as the main ingredient in numerous foods, both sweet and savory.
